Resin Bound Installation Overview
Resin bound gravel driveways, pathways or patios provide a low maintenance weed free surface that is:
- Permeable, meaning that the water drains through
- Slip resistant
- Weed resistant
- Frost resistant
- Non fade
- Seamless
Of all surface types available, it is the perfect surface for people who are unsteady on their feet or have walking difficulties as it is flat, level and textured, which gives you grip under foot.
It’s available in a variety of finishes (colour) either singular, or a blend of multiple colours. This surface type is hard wearing and easy to maintain. We can even lay over your existing surfaces with minimum disruption or mess.
Resin Bound Cleaning Overview
Over time resin bound can start to clog its permeable surface with muck, algae + moss. We can add a biocide which breaks down the muck and cleans the surface before high pressure (jet) washing, making the surface look as good as new. We can also add UV resin over the surface giving the older surface the new look it once had, at a fraction of the cost of replacement.

One of the most cost effective ways of installing a resin bound surface is to lay the resin over an existing tarmac or concrete driveway, path or patio without having to take the old surface up – reducing cost and disruption.
